06Geolocation (RTLS)

Every person on the map, in real time.

Workers wear a badge. Fixed anchors on the structure calculate the position, with no camera and no line of sight.

  • SOS and falls: the alert comes with the person's location.
  • Anti-collision: a warning when a person and a machine get too close.
  • Access and evacuation: zones open only with the right certification, plus a list of who is still in each area.
07RFID Management

Traceability of parts and equipment.

Each tag read logs an event in the asset's record, from registration in TOTVS to arrival at the job site.

The tag is linked to the TOTVS code and the asset gets a record with history and certificates.

Allocation

Transfer and checkout by tag and employee ID, with an automatic responsibility agreement.
